Hi, I’m Deborah. I’m a 35-year old woman living in Seattle, WA. And I have tattoos. Five. And I got them all a very long time ago – between the ages of 18-21.

Would you carry the same handbag for 17 years? Probably not. I feel the same about the tattoos.

Back in 2009, when I was researching if/when/where/how to get my tattoos removed, I looked high and low to find personal testimonials from people who had undergone the procedure. I couldn’t find any. The majority of before and after photos I found online were posted by businesses providing the service. In hindsight I’m sure they were legitimate, but I wasn’t 100% sure I could trust them.

Now, nearly two years and 17 laser tattoo removal treatments later, I want to share my experience with others who are researching having a tattoo removed so they can make an informed decision and set realistic expectations. My ultimate goal for the site is to add more photos and stories from others who have undergone the treatment as I’m sure our experiences have all been unique.

I began my tattoo removal process on June 11, 2009 at Blink Skin Care in Seattle, WA. I am not affiliated with Blink – they are not compensating me in any way to promote their services. I chose this business based on thorough research and the fact that they have the newest/best laser technology in Washington state.
